My sessions are confidential and I am non-judgmental. I welcome clients of any gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics, culture and nationality.
By exploring what is happening, we can together understand the causes of your difficulties. Often, in working with me, clients discover that their current issues are symptoms of a deeper underlying pattern of thinking, feeling or behaving. Developed when young, each pattern may have been a creative method of protection that is no longer relevant in adult life. I help people to explore their old patterns, and I support them through the changes they need to make in order to create a better future.
"Within each of us lies the power of our consent
to health and sickness, to riches and to poverty,
to freedom and to slavery. It is we who control
these, and not another."
(Richard Bach)
